With more than 25 years of experience in international metal trading and the recycling industry Sébastien served as managing director and CEO of the Metallum Group for more than 10 years. He served as COO of Thommen Group from 2015 until he joined Metravis as managing partner in 2022. He enjoys an excellent reputation within the industry and entertains an extensive network of longstanding contacts around the world.

Nicolas holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. He has 14 years of experience in the recycling industry. He started his professional career as a Business Analyst before working in international metal trading for several years. He served as Site Manager of a major recycling facility from 2018 until he joined Metravis as partner in 2022.

Matthias enjoys more than 20 years of experience in the metal trading industry. He started his career on the brokerage side of the business, trading futures on the London Metal Exchange (LME) and currencies (FX) before assuming the role of Senior Metal Trader for many years.
